The Matrix C.O.C partners with the Red Cross and the Walton County E.O.C to provide a Cold Weather Shelter to those in need of a warm place to stay during the cold winter months. The Shelter is open anytime the temperature drops below 40 degrees and is located at the DeFuniak Springs Community Center located at 361 North 10th Street DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433
