The Matrix C.O.C is a Community Partner with the Florida Department of Children and Families and provides informational handouts, paper applications as requested, computers to fill out applications on-line, a fax machine to fax documents to DCF, and a copy machine to copy application related documents. The Matrix C.O.C. also has the ability to explain the application process, assist customers with submitting their applications and the ability to assist customers with completing the Web-app.
ON-SITE CASE WORKER
Case workers are on site at the Matrix C.O.C twice a week to help with any new applications, re-certifications and/or any account updates. Representatives can also provide you with case status updates and assist with online set up.
