Capital Campaign: Parking Lot Revitalization

Goal: Demolish, redesign, and resurface the Matrix Community Outreach Center parking lot to create a safe, ADA-compliant, and more efficient access point for clients, donors, volunteers, trucks, and food distributions.

Why now: Since March 2020, mass feeding pop-up pantries brought semis, refrigerated box trucks, and high-volume traffic onto a lot never built for that load. The surface has cracked with exposed rebar and shifting concrete, creating hazards for vehicles and pedestrians, especially those with mobility needs.

Campaign Target: $118,175 (materials, labor, site prep, and related construction costs).
